Every entry has a plain-English definition and an example from an admin's day. Here are three of the 285 terms.
A Validation Rule checks that data a user enters meets the standards you set before the record can be saved. When the rule's formula is true, the user sees an error message.
At work: A Validation Rule blocks saving an account unless the account number is exactly 8 characters.
A Permission Set is a collection of settings and permissions that gives users access to tools and functions. A user can have several, on top of their profile.
At work: An admin assigns an Invoice Approver Permission Set to the few managers who approve invoices.
A subagent defines a job an agent can do. It holds the instructions and the set of actions the agent uses for that job.
At work: An admin creates an Order Management subagent that holds the actions for finding an order and creating a return label.
